Advisor Training
Forrester Cohen has compiled a unique training program to support International Property Investment Advisors. The program is designed to support Property Investment Advisors with the skills and tools to help investors achieve their goals within their risk profile and present the information in a framework of advice that the enhances the property investors understanding of the risk reward factors involved in wealth creation through property.

The program includes training from The Property Investors Association of Australia’s (PIAA) on its unique property investment rating system, Property Investment Advice risks and rewards, and the Australian property market and investment reason.
The training incorporates Forrester Cohen’s Systems and Process Integration.
Training is a key element of the Forrester Cohen business model and it is there to offer a level of protection to clients and advisers. Direct Property Investment is unregulated and clients should be clear in what they want to achieve when purchasing property.
